Behavior Interventions That Work Virtual Training

The South Carolina Department of Education’s office of Student Intervention Services is pleased to announce a training with Amie Dean, The Behavior Queen.
This two-hour virtual seminar will equip you with the most effective behavior interventions, strategies, and techniques that will work with even your most difficult students! You will learn techniques to greatly decrease the number of verbal warnings you give throughout your day as well as My Time/Your Time strategies to gain instructional minutes. Tier One and Tier Two strategies will be shared to help individual students learn to be aware and self-regulate behaviors. Learn how to de-escalate situations, teach students HOW to be respectful, and which behaviors should and can be ignored.
