In this interactive training, educators will learn effective strategies to build resilient spaces for children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and who are in stress impacted communities. Poverty, homelessness, grief, and family dysfunction have major social emotional and developmental impacts on children and as a result, oftentimes have more challenging behaviors. When interventions are developed with resilient and mental wellness as a focus in Early Childhood, an environment of growth, safety, and co-regulation can be fostered.
